John's, Florida. My 90+ aged parents can certainly be difficult to deal with at times, but Ben was able to navigate the situation seamlessly. He was attentive to all of their questions and concerns throughout the entire process. While my parent's had already been relocated out of state, Ben was key in facilitating inspections and ongoing regular maintenance of the home until it sold. Even though the home took longer to sell than anticipated (no fault of Ben), he never made us feel like it was a burden to him. Ultimately Ben was able to negotiate a very favorable selling price for their home. I can highly recommend Ben Glynn as a realtor and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.
